Our Franchise

 

Lawson Capital, LLC, is a veteran owned franchise of HomeVestors of America, Inc.  Mr. Xavier Lawson served faithfully and honorably for 24 years as a Senior Non-Commissioned officer in our nation's Air Force.  He is a private pilot and retired Air Force flight engineer with over 800 air combat hours logged in the Lockheed C-5A and B Galaxy.  Since joining HomeVestors, he has completed extensive real estate training. Though each franchise is backed by a national company, Xavier lives right here in Brevard County and serves all of Brevard, Volusia, and Indian River. He is truly focused on improving the neighborhoods of his territory one house at a time.
